Standard Support
Standard Support refers to the period during which Customers can submit Technical Support cases, have access to Software issues fixes via maintenance releases, and have access to new versions of ISF software for the products for which they are entitled to Support.
When the software has reached its end of support period, Technical Support cases may still be reported although the ability to be investigated may be more limited. Software issues (also commonly known as "bugs") cannot be reported against a version of the software that has reached its end of support period.
Additionally, software licenses will not be provided for product versions that are outside of Standard Support.
