Stark Future is one of the fastest-growing electric motorcycle manufacturers in the world — a company where engineering decisions have immediate production consequences and where every process needs to scale as fast as the business itself.

At this critical growth stage, transforming engineering data into production-ready structures was a manual, error-prone process. Defining an MBOM from an EBOM and keeping it reliably connected to Microsoft Dynamics depended on manual data entry, which led to errors, inconsistencies, and disconnected workflows between engineering and manufacturing — with limited change traceability and no single source of truth.

SFsoft Connect was implemented as the integration layer between PLM and ERP, enabling an automated and controlled data flow between engineering and manufacturing.
